| This is the one of the first field trips organized by the UNI History Club. Sam, Kendra, Luke, and Brendan participated, and though their number was small, they thoroughly enjoyed themselves! They traveled by van to West Branch, Iowa, to visit the Herbert Hoover museum and the historic buildings nearby. Did you know that Herbert Hoover began his career as a geographer and traveled as far as Australia and China? Did you know that, while in Austrailia, water was so scarce that he bathed in beer?
